Romelu Lukaku is set to join Man Utd after they saw off competition from Chelsea for his transfer. Romelu Lukaku has resisted Chelsea's 11th-hour bid to hijack his move to Manchester United, with the Belgian international set to undergo a medical in LA later today. United  have  agreed a fee of £75m plus add-ons  for the 24-year-old, who will become the second most expensive  transfer  in British football.
